Meet the Owner!

Hi, I’m Lauren Laughlin (formerly Lotz, get it?!) I’ve always loved decorating cakes for anyone and everything. I started decorating cakes when I was 18, attended culinary school, and jumped into the pastry industry with both feet. I was the Bakery Manager at Richardson Farms, Pastry Chef at Baltimore Country Club, I even opened Lotz of Sweets bakery at one point, but my most rewarding position yet has been being a Mom. I’m thankful that Lotz of Sweets allows me to spend more time with my family while still working on my passion of creating beautiful cakes, cupcakes, and treats for all of your families!
